Nu-Vision to manage Terrace Ridge

By now, everyone should have received a letter from our new HOA Management company. With this change, the Board is excited to move forward with the transition of our neigborhood to a homeowner controlled community. Along with Nu-Vision's help, now is the time for the community to come together and make our neigborhoods great places to call home.

We are all Terrace Ridge homeowners and your Board participants are simply volunteering their time to make this the best community it can be, so feel free to reach out and shake your neighbors hand; they just may be on the Board.
